It is a company specialized over 30 years in the production and distribution of Plastic Films in PVC and , shrink and semi-rigid types, suitable for food packaging and technical packaging applications.MOEL is located in Montespertoli, near the town of Florence. The 80% of overall production are PVC Stretch films for food packaging, the remaining 20% are PVC shrink films for technical packaging.Stretch films produced by MOEL srl are especially projected for packaging of foodstuffs.They are realized in agreement with national and European laws concerning the health and safety of products destined to come in contact with foodstuffs and they are Phthalates-Free.They assure an excellent preservation of daily foods, especially cheeses, grocery products, fishing products, meats, fruits and vegetables.These films are characterized by high stretchability, memory and resistance to perforation in order to allow an easy and safe handling of the wrapped product on the distribution's counters as well as in household use.The transparency and brightness joined to self-seal of MOEL 's film assure maximum protection of the packed product.The right Permeability values to Gas and to Water Vapour permits a longer shelf life maintaining the freshness and the flavours of the wrapped products.The LMF Cling is a very low migration film made of PVC suitable for household use, catering and take away restaurant.Recommended for the wrapping of fatty foods and ready to eat meals.Although it is classified as low migration film according to European restrictive regulation, we still are able to confer it elasticity, self adhesion, mechanical resistance, transparency and brightness.Available in master rolls destined to be rewound in rolls of various length i.e. 12, 15, 20 or 300 meters, with changeable widths from 292mm to 500mm and thickness from 8,5 to 12 micron.Higher thickness will be available on request, purple or champagne colour available.The EU Stretch is a PVC film for food contact destined to food industries, which productive process is based on high speed packaging machines, but also to retailers.Suitable to the contact with dairy products, bakery products, fish products, fresh or processed meats, fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables; practically with almost every class of food.This is a film that can be used on manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines.Other features are: high stretchability, self adhesion, excellent memory effect, anti-fog properties, very good puncture shocks resistance.Unbeatable product presentation guaranteed by high gloss and transparency.Rolls are produced in 1500 meters length with different widths and thickness from 9 to 30 micronMOEL srl with the wide range of shrink films is able to satisfy all food and non food packaging sectors. The unbeatable shrink speed at low temperatures permits a higher productivity with energy saving.Transparency and brightness typical of these films assure an excellent product presentation.Films are available in thickness ranging from 15 to 50 micron and widths from 50mm to 1260mm, in single wound or centre-folded version for manual and automatic machines use. The shrink one is planned for technical and food packaging and the microperforated typology is especially destined to bakery industies.
